Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order unless otherwise stated in the product description. For items that are shipped, an email will be sent to you once your package has been fulfilled and is on the way. 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS:

Digital products are available within minutes after payment has been processed and the order is complete. You will receive an email with a link to your digital file. If you do not receive the email or have difficulties downloading your digital product, contact shop@marisaroundtheworld.com with your order number. 


SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Japan, United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Maris Around the World is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting: shop@marisaroundtheworld.com

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact shop@marisaroundtheworld.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you. 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check the sizing charts. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at: shop@marisaroundtheworld.com within 7 days after receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We address each situation on a case-by-case basis, but we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
